    So far, the best Sweet Potato Pie I've ever made or tasted. It was so easy I was embarrassed. However, after the rave reviews of "MY" pie at dinner last night, I am going to continue to take the credit for this delicious recipe until someone finds me out....sorry Emeril.

    It tasted really dry and I think it needed more sugar. I followed the recipe exactly.
