Mine did not rise as much as I thought they would but when I served them everyone had seconds.

I made these last year, after seeing them on Emeril's Thanksgiving show. They were a hit with the family. My batch turned out a bit heavy, but they had good flavor and consistency. I'm going to try them again this year.

made for a party I had this weekend. They were fine, lots of people liked them but I didn't find them "wow". Heavy and not as much taste as I expected. Might try again and add some spices to the mixture.

I have fixed these on half a dozen occasions now and they are terrific, flaky, moist, with a touch of smoky swetness. My family loves them. I have don them for breakfast and for dinner. They are also great the next day after spending the nightin the refrigerator.

They had a great flavor. but need a little seasoning. The prep is extremely messy.. any once cooked they are extremely heavy.. EAT WITH A SMALL LIGHT MEAL.
Over all... Good

I tried a test trial at home a week ago and they were awesome. Perfect for any occasion. They are something different at the table, very simple to make.My son who is three ate about four of them with butter and cranberry sauce.Everyone seemed to enjoy them.

I made these last year for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them! The sweet potatoes made them a little heavier than regular biscuits but no one seemed to mind. They were easy enough that my 11 yr old daughter was able to make them.
