To shorten this recipe I used pulled pork from my local grocery store. I love this recipe I usually do it as an appetizer, everyone loves it. Doing it for a mardi gras party this weekend 2/13.

For me/my family...this was nice, but not great. Lots of steps and the kids weren't raving (which surprised me, because it really does read like it would be fabulous.

I made this recipe with pulled pork. We really didn't care for the taste and it was a lot of casserole.

My dad saw this prepared on Emeril's show right before Christmas, and it was his only request for Christmas dinner...

The recipe looks daunting, but it's easily put together. We did the pork in a crockpot the day before, and the dish was fabulous!

Everyone raved, and it was gone in no time...I'm making it again for Superbowl and using tortilla chips!

I made this dish for the first time for a Christmas luncheon at work. I can't begin to tell you how much everyone loved the potatoes. Never though Monterey Jack and Sweet Potatoes would marry to create such a heavenly flavor. And the heavy cream with the chilipolte - well, that can't be beat. This recipie was a hit!
