    Love the easy prep by boiling the ribs ahead of time--then a quick outdoor grilling to finish it off. A great way to cook BBQ ribs. Surely would taste great on chicken, steaks, etc..Tamarind is not as hard to find as you may think. Get it on Amazon.com when your market won't stock it.

    IT WAS AN EXCELLENT RECIPE.I TRIED IT ON ONE OF THE OCCASSION AT HOME AND IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST DISH THAT DAY.AND PEOPLE KEPT ASKING ME WHERE I GOT THE RECIPE FROM IT WAS EASY TO ANSWER THE QUESTION BY SAYING FROM EMERIL RECIPEON THE INTERNET.
