This was fabulous! I have recently lost weight so it's not something I'd make all of the time but when I need a go to delicious dessert, this will be it. I live in New Bedford MA and this is just like the mini-tarts I find at Lydia's Bakery on Acushnet Ave.!

My boyfriend is a huge fan of anything New Orleans. Next Friday is his birthday, and I plan on making him a dinner complete with Emeril's Crawfish Etouffee, some great Louisiana beer, and this hopefully fabulous dessert. I will be back to offer his reviews and mine. I'm guessing mine will refer more to the difficulty level of this thing than anything else. WIsh me luck!
