Excellent recipe! Takes awhile to prepare but well worth it.

I change it only slightly. I buy flatbread and make individual pizzas. It makes around 10. This does make a little more labor intensive with rounds in the oven, but it's the way we like. I highly recommend this one! My husband is the cook in our family and this is one of 3 things I make that he really likes!

Great pizza but I would offer the following recommendations:

    1. Go buy dough at your favorite pizza place. MUCH easier! ;-

    2. I grilled the shrimp 1/2 way prior to placement on the pizza. In addition, I sliced them into thirds - lengthwise. It made the piece more manageable.

    3. Make LOTS! It's that good.

I made two versions - one with meat and one without. (Veggy wife

Enjoy. The effort is worth it.

I wanted to try to make something with tequila. But with all the ingredients you couldn't get the full flavor of the shrimp. The pizza was good but I will try to make the shrimp by themselves.
