    I made this with mussels instead of shrimp and it was outstanding. I added a little extra red curry paste because we like it hot (and it was!

    This curry dish is awesome. Next time I will not use as much curry though, because it was too hot for my hubby! Delicious!!!

    Thai Shrimp Curry is very easy to make and taste delicious. The smell of it is so incredible that make you feel relax, calm & happy at the same time.
