    This was a hit with my whole family. The only complaint I got was that I didn't make enough! I tried it with ground beef and it just wasn't as good as with the left over turkey.

    I made this with our Turkey Day leftovers tonight. It was delicious, and my husband had THREE plates full in one sitting.

    This is a great way to use leftover turkey and mashed potatoes, yet put a different spin on them, for variety. Thanks for another winner, Emeril! :-

    I loved it but I made a little change: I first placed a layer of mash potatoes in the pyrex, then the meat/vegy mixture, cheese, and repeat the whole thing. Great stuff.
