Made this last Christmas, and it was a hit. I changed it up this year: Used dried cranberries and orange zest (fresh orange. This combo is even BETTER! But then, I love cranberry and orange together. To make it easier, I skipped heating three bowls of chocolate. By the time you swirl it around, it's almost completely integrated anyway. I put all three types of chocolate in a bowl and popped it in the microwave. Don't leave out the spiced pecans - they're yummy! Cayenne - I can take or leave but I still use it.

I put this on a platter with holiday cookies and everyone was really overwhelmed with how complex this looked, but it was so easy and soooo delicious!

Several guest have requested copies of the recipe. Takes a little time to make, but worth the effort. NOTE the spiced pecans are delicious by themselves.

This is a great combination of flavors. Do not skimp or substitute the cherries, they are fantastic with the chocolate and spiced nuts. I will be making this for every holiday!!!

I loved this Bark and gave it out to all my friends for Christmas. I could not find dried cherries in my area so I used Cherry flavored Cranberries but it still was very good.
    Thanks.....
