Watched Emeril make this to today. Went to your web to down load the recipe.
The last thing he added to the punch was a Italian Sparking wine . It's not listed with the recipe . Would you please up date this recipe I'd really like to try it.

I'm going go try this drink and just wanted to make sure i'm planning on making it the right way. you make step 1, and then add to that add step 2 and then to that add step 3? and do you layer these 3 things in a glass or can they all be mixed together?

I actually made all of the tiers at once except for the club soda because it was crunch time for our Christmas party. It was beautiful and a great alternative to the normal drinks. It was also a light drink for the hostess to enjoy to allow for the merriment of the evening to continue without any pause because of broken glasess or escaping dogs. I would also like to suggest this as a wonderful brunch punch.
