    Delicious. Made it the night before for a party and not a crumb was left. Used prosciutto instead of serrano ham with good results. The only negative is that it is time consuming compared to other similar recipies. Make sure you have a good non-stick pan.

    I made this recipe for a Spanish themed party I was having. It does take a long time to prep. I made the onions, potatoes, and mayo ahead of time. On the day, I just mixed everything together and cooked it. The mayo was a bit too garlicky for me. Next time I will roast the garlic first. Everyone loved it and we had no left overs. Can't wait to make it again.
