    this ruined my dinner, took 30 min. just to turn light tan, did not raise, will not try again, I have made wonderful biscuits, wont try this again

    Too Soupy!!! Took forever to cook, never browned on top and didn't rise, after about 25 minutes in the oven! Tasted okay but very heavy!

    These biscuits are simple to make and are delicious. An absolute MUST have if you make Emeril's New Orleans BBQ Shrimp - use them as a sponge to sop up all of the amazing "Shrimp Sauce". YUUUM!

    I am not a novice biscuit-maker, and these were awful! The dough wasn't just sticky it was soupy. I tried it twice. The second time I only put 1/2 cup of milk and they were still too wet. When I finally got them rolled out, they took much longer than 15 min to back and tasted like paste once they were finally done.

    I made these biscuits this a.m. for my family and they raved about them. Hands down, this is the best biscuit recipe I have made- This one is going in MY recipe book- easy to make, light, fluffy and simply delicious.
