Absolutely delicious! I used a "Spotted Sea Trout" which is a local fish here in Southwest (Cape Coral Florida. I did "kick it up a notch" by adding a tablespoon of capers. Thank You Emeril!! I used a sidedish of saute'ed spinich with pine nuts.

This was super easy, and I like tart lemon flavor. I thought the sauce overpowered the trout a bit, but I would make it again. I paired it with a goat cheese spinach salad with pomegranate seeds so there was a nice balance.

I found this a very easy receipe to make and enjoy. Great flavor and well I loved it and plan to make it again! Bam it was so good. I served it with a rice pilaf and has some whilted spinace with cherry tomatoes on the side. I used a white greek wine which added a nice flavor to complement the trout.

Yum! I used green onions instead of shallots, which are a pain to peel. Put more than 1 teaspoon of his Essence in the flour dredge. Agree you can get by with tad less butter. Still easy, quick and delicious. It's a keeper.

This was excellent. Used a little less butter than called for, but otherwise followed as written. The sauce was so good - make sure to serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.

I've never had trout, so when my small town gourmet shop had some at their tiny fish counter, I thought I'd try it. We've eaten this 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Delicious and fast!

I am a non fish eater but I loved the trout after using this recipe. It was easy to make and would be great over fettucini .
