Truffle Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked until fork tender, hot
  • 4 tablespoons truffle butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Drizzle of truffle oil
  • Salt and white pepper
Directions

Mash the potatoes until smooth. Stir in the truffle butter and cream and mash until incorporated. Season the potatoes with a drizzle of truffle oil, salt and white pepper
