mmmm so yummy! It was just like the tuna casserole my mom used to make! So happy to have found a comparable recipe :-

This exact same recipe is also on Foodnetwork as Turkey Tetrazzini. I have used this recipe with tuna - and it was the best tuna casserole I ever had. Tonite I used leftover Christmas Eve ham... and it was delicious! I julienned about 5 slices of ham to get 2+ cups of ham. Used whole milk instead of heavy cream, and topped with fresh bread crumbs tossed with olive oil. I also used rotini pasta tonite. This is a great, versatile recipe. Will have to try it with turkey or chicken some day!

BAMMMM!!!!! I am NOT a tuna casserole person AT ALL. Nothing about one ever appealed to me ever. Well my boyfriend loves them, so what to do? I came across this recipe and thought I'd give it a go and OMG it is delicious. I did add more of Emeril's Essence as we both like a bit of spice and OMG it is really really good. I don't know if I'm a tuna casserole person but I'll tell you what, I sure am going to make this again!!!!

Who would ever think that a tuna casserole would be so tasty. This was awesome. Of course, the pacific northwest home canned tuna didn't hurt, but it was the wonderful spices, especially your Essence, Emiril, that really made this dish stand out. I did use a dry but sweet Riesling, which didn't affect the overall flavor at all. Thank you, Emiril, for your kitchen wizardry!

Yummy! Nice twist on an old favorite. Used 4 cans white tuna and breadcrumbs mixed with a little parm- regg. for top dotted with butter. Served with homemade Italian bread. I will make again, as we get a craving for our tuna like this a couple times a year.

I made this for my husband b/c he loves tuna. I'm not a fan of tuna but this recipe knocked my socks off! The tuna flavor was fairly mild and didn't overpower the other flavors. One of the best Emeril recipes I've made. Definitely NOT mothers tuna casserole : The only thing I did different was top it with homemade garlic croutons. I just couldn't get myself to put chips on top of something that wonderful! Emeril is the man!

Omg! I found this recipe over the weekend and made it for dinner today. This was the first casserole/tetrazzini dish that I tried and it was definitely a hit. I was hoping for it to be good, but I didn't expect it to be THIS good lol. Thanks Emeril and Foodnetwork!
