I used a can of diced green chilis instead and didn't add the bell pepper (just not a fan.
My husband ate 3 BOWLS! It was excellent and super easy. Will definitely make it again.

This came out quite delicious. Although I am not really a lover of beer, I could definitely taste the tinge of that flavor in there which keeps me from eating too much of it at one time. That said, it came out very, very good. Next time, for my own personal preference, I will use a different "stock" liquid. This one is a keeper.

I enjoyed this dish, it was a big hit with my mom and brother. It was a little less tomato-y than I usually like my chili, but I altered the ingredients a little (more sausage, pepper, and onion than usual because I'm on WW, so that might have been why. Definitely had great flavor and was very filling!

I just made this and tweaked it a little for our chili cook off at work. I used chicken stock instead of beer and I added Habanara peppers and also 1 lb of beef and 1 lb of gunnoes hot sausage. I used all the spices and let it all simmer together. I made it the day before so it was right for the next day. I used the beef instead of the turkey. I came in 2nd place out of 12 and won a wonderful 5 1/2 quart covered saute pan. Everybody loved it. Also tied for people choice award. Thanks Emeril

This chili was delicious! I used chicken breast and pork Italian sausage for the recipe. I didn't have any bell pepper so I substituted 1 chopped Serrano pepper. I wasn't sure what ale beer was we had 3 different types in the refrigerator so I just use the Mexican beer. The chili was delicious. I didn't use for TA chips however I used crackers because that's more of a southern taste or at least that's what I grew up with. This was super easy to make!

This is a great receipe and I will use it again...soon. I read the directions numerous times but never saw when the beans were added so I added them after the tomatoes and beer. I too added a little sugar that made it just right!

This recipe was DELICIOUS!!! I substituted the green poblano for chipotles in adobo sauce, if you love spicy food this is the way to go!!!! Using two peppers proved to be more than enough. I served it with cheese, sour cream and topped it with fritos! Awesome!!!
