    The type of cheese listed for the sandwich was expensive and hard to find as was the bread. I substituted with swiss cheese slices and fresh baked french bread sandwich loafs. All the family enjoyed! EXCELLENT!

    Awesome recipe and great way to use Thanksgiving leftovers! I can see myself roasting a turkey and making stuffing just so I can make these sandwiches...YUM.

    It is delicious! I tried this recipe last year after Thanksgiving, and everybody loved it! I can't wait to prepare this amazing sandwish again mmmmm yumy! :

    I saw Emeril do this recipe a few days before Thanksgiving and I tried it a few days after. The family was already tired of turkey reruns and they weren't happy when they saw me with the turkey out again...that was short lived because of this awesome recipe. We all loved it! I served it with some butternut squash soup...definitely a recipe I will keep for years to come.
