Absolutely delicious! As good as any piccata I've had in a restaurant. The turkey was moist and perfect. The sauce was very tart, I had to add a little sugar at the end to tone it down a bit, might use a less-dry white wine next time. And there WILL be a next time, because it's so good! Served it over angel hair pasta with broccoli for a well-rounded meal.

This was very good and fairly easy to make. My family says it was like eating in a gourmet restuarant.

I agree with other reviews. This dish was super easy to make, had incredible flavor and everyone loved it. You truly do think you're dining at a gourmet restuarant. I used chicken instead of turkey. I can't wait to make it again!

This was an incredibly fast and easy dish to make and oh so tasty!!! I cut the salt in half and used Smart Balance instead of butter and EVOO for the oil. It turned out perfect!!! I heated up a little extra chicken stock and steamed some brocolli in it for a side. What a wonderful dinner- I will definitely be making this again!

I made this with chicken and it got rave reviews! Don't go cheap on the wine - It's worth the splurge.

I just made this for the first time tonight, and it was incredible. It is one of my favorite things I have had in a while. I thought I was eating at an expensive restaurant. It was easy, but still delicious. I'll be making it again, very soon.

Excellent. Took much longer than 10 minutes to prepare by the time you measure and dice all of the ingredients. I made this w/ chicken instead of turkey and put it over rice. It was wonderful, even my 7 year old picky-eater loved it.
