The best left overs i have ever eaten!!! So amazing, colorful and tasty. I used corn, and leeks, so I had orange, green and yellow. I like a pot pie but sooo much better and classier. Be sure to sprinkle the Essence spices on the potato cakes for a nice little kick, recipe is on Foodnetwork.

Dad did good in the kitchen tonight with nary a "BAM" to be heard. I kicked it up a notch by adding a little chipotle chili pepper. Hey, us New Mexicans like it with a kick. Didn't have any left over celery so I threw in some broccoli for color. Overall everyone, including the wife enjoyed the meal. 5 STAR!

I loved this recipe. I used leftover herb roasted turkey and garlic mashed potatoes and I even added a few tablespoons of homemade turkey gravy to the stew. The garlic mashed potatoes made the biggest difference but regardless, everyone who tried this loved it. It's fragrant and lovely and great as leftovers for the second time. I'm thinking of making it fresh instead of from leftovers just to have it again! Thanks Emeril!

Very tasty & easy. If you prefer a thickened stew use less broth. The sauce is very thin as the receipt is, even with the cooking time. Definately a "keeper" receipt

After four days of turkey leftovers from Thanksgiving, I heard groans from the family when I told them "one more night." But this recipe was a hit! Using the turkey stock was the secret, I think. The base was so flavorful! Sneaking in the potato cakes on the bottom was a pleasant surprise to everyone! This recipe is a keeper!
