I did not have egg noodles, so I used fettucine; I used about 1/2 c. gruyere instead of parmesan cheese and I used 1/2 white button and 1/2 portabella mushrooms. My husband and I both enjoyed the lighter sauce and the Essence punch in this recipe.

This is OUTSTANDING! We used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. It really did not take me over an hour to do all that and it was very simple. I was nervous about the potato chips, but after cooking and eating, I can't imagine anything else making sense. I'm used to the old fashioned kind of turkey tetrazinni so I used fat spaghetti noodles and it was scrumptious. This was so good, we might just have to bake a turkey just to make this again!!!

Yummy and easy!!!! It was fabulous. My family loved it.

Reduced the calories and 30 min of cooking time: I omitted the parmesan cheese and potato chips and the half hour of baking. I served it with the noodles on a plate and topped it with the turkey mixture.

it’s over !! you and me, I’m just plain tired of turkey- even though you got dicey and spicy at lunch with Emeril's recipe. Yes, of course you were tasty and handsome at first, maybe just a little stuffy. Hey! don’t blame it on me being in a foul mood or not .To tell you the truth, Tom T, you were leftovers the day after your timer popped. No hard feelings, You are and always will be VIP. Tasty recipe, added leftover thick gravy instead of flour for a bit of extra flavor. Essence was nice addition. Easy peasy!!!

Excellent recipe!! I used 3/4 cup of white wine and 2 cups of organic valley heavy whipping cream and 6 oz of whole grain egg noodles and topped with Cape Cod sour cream and green onion chips. Also used sea salt to taste, a lot less then recipe called for. Chopped up organic portabella mushrooms. Used 1 cup parmiago reggiano cheese. My picky 12 year old had 2nds and her friend had 4 - 5 servings. Thanks Emeril for a recipe that will always be an after Thanksgiving tradition.

A total family favorite - very yummy - savory, tasty and nice balance - to Thursday's Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey Day meal. The potato chips on the top were a hit with all (especially the littles! I thinly sliced orange bell peppers and chopped parsley to add some color and sprinkled a couple of potato chips around the dish for visual effect.
