Tried this recipe for a holiday brunch and everyone loved it, so many went back for second helpings of this delicious casserole and asked for the recipe. The only thing I did different from the recipe was I did not use the potato skins as the recipe called for, I threw them out. Other than that, I followed it exactly and it was a hit!!

I made this for a party with friends, and I am making it again a week later for Christmas dinner. It is such a delicious recipe--like a loaded baked potato for a crowd. The dish was the first to empty at my party (ALWAYS a good sign! and everyone really enjoyed it. I used less cheese on top, just sprinkled some on and it looked better than the photo, in my opinion--you could see what was underneath the cheese. If you love mashed potatoes & baked potatoes, you must try these!

when I was reading the 5 star reviews, I thought how could a potato dish be so great? I tried this recipe and OH MY GOODNESS... this dish is heavenly!!! will make again FOR SURE!!!!!!!

I've never made twice cooked potatoes but I'm sure glad I decided to try it. It was amazing! Everyone was raving about the taste! My whole family was amazed that I was able to cook something so delicious!

This is the first recipe that I've made at home after seeing it on TV and I have to say it's one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. I made this to go with my Thanksgiving dinner and it was all anyone could talk about. I am alreay planning on doing it again for our family Christmas party. Thanks Emeril!

It was so nice to sit down at the table this year and hear my young kids tell me that they just love the potatoes. I love to cook. I am always trying new things to give my family a variety. There are very few times I hear that and it was wonderful. Thanks Emeril!!!
