Oh my yummy! This was a wonderful side dish that about turned into the main dish last night. Everyone was so impressed they about forgot to eat the brisket I slaved over for hours. I substituted monterey jack cheese for the white cheddar.

This is a great side dish for any type of meat dish. My friend served it with a marinated pork loin roast and a salad..perfect! I haven't made it yet, but my husband loved it and can't wait for me to make it! Great!

THE BOMB!!! Need I say more?! And if you don't have heavy cream it will still be good with half and half or milk. I have also had to sub mozzarella for white cheddar and it was still awesome! High in calories but such a wonderful treat! Everyone loves this recipe!!

OMG! This will make you rethink macaroni and cheese as a favorite side dish. I use turkey bacon instead of pork. I would not change a thing else...the measurements for the salt and pepper is very accurate and this dish has turned out amazing eveery single time.

What is not to love? This is an easy, delicious recipe. I substituted chives for green onions, otherwise left the recipe the same and it came out perfect. Everyone at the table loved it. I split the recipe in 1/2 and it made enough for 8 people. They'll make great potato pancakes tomorrow!

This is the best dish for the holidays. I have made it over the past 3 years as a side at Thanksgiving, Christmas and even Easter. It all started because I am too lazy to make the real version, but found this tastes better. No fail every time and I have even cut the recipe in half because only had 6 people. Have shared the recipe with numerous people - it is that good. Thank you Emeril.
