    This was excellent! The prep time takes longer than indicated (and I'm an experienced cook. Advice if you are going to make this for a dinner party - make the MPC mixture the night before. I'd suspect that the flavors would meld beautifully with the extra time.

    This recipe is excellent.
    I followed it exactly as listed.

    My family loves it and even the asparagus was great!

    I've made this recipe using Veal chops as well as Pork chops.
    I always have leftover cheese mixture which I save and when the chops are finished, I put a dollop on top as well.
