This is my go-to recipe. This is better than any of the expensive italian restaurants that I have been to... and I've been to the best in Vegas. The recipe is perfectly balanced between the acid of the lemon, the richness of the butter, and the bite from the wine. I make it with a side of linquini... perfect dinner!

Wow. This was really good. I may have added a little too much salt this time; next time I'll use a bit less. Regardless, it was still outstanding. As good as it gets with fresh steamed green beans and garlic rosemary mashed potatoes.

Most delicious veal piccata we have ever eaten - and really not hard to make! I want to serve this to dinner guests. Has anyone ever doubled or tripled the recipe? If so, was it successful?

This was the best recipe that I have ever gotten off of the internet. My husband said it was the best meal I ever made. Both my 2 year old and 8 year old ate it up! BEST EVER!!!

I'm a vegetarian. I thought veal piccata was a thing of the past for me, then I tried this recipe using seitan instead of veal. It was fabulous! Thank you Emeril for this fantastic recipe!

WOW! Absolutely the best veal piccata I've ever had. I followed the recipe exactly, and the results were excellent. A great entree to serve to company, but easy enough to make as an "everyday" dinner.

I thought this was by far the best Piccata recipe. Never again will I order veal piccata at a restaurant when it tastes so much better from my kitchen!
