I used chicken in place of veal. This was easy and tasted as good as any 5* restaurant. It is very easy to make even when I was making another 15 minute spinach/tomato/pine nut recepe at the same time. My entire meal took 20 minutes from start to finish. You have to give me an extra 5 mins. to read and check both recipes at the same time.

This was fabulous. I added twice the lemon, and thickened the sauce just a bit with a teaspoon of flour disolved in a small amount of white wine... then splashed in some more wine!

I made the recipe exactly as listed. It was the best veal piccata I have ever made. Better than most restaurants. Flavor was right & my family of tough eaters gave it 2 thumbs up. A keeper

Excellent. Good with chicken too. Be sure to tenderize the meat first, no matter how thin it is to start with, otherwise it'll be tough.
