    I've made this recipe with both veal & chicken cutlets, and it's fantastic & fast. Perfect for a weeknight meal or elegant enough for company.

    This recipe is very easy and has become the staple dish that we can quickly serve for last-minute guests and it's a huge hit.

    We perfer a more mild lemon flavor, so we add 1/2 cup of heavy cream at the end to finish the sauce.
