OMG - this was delish! Easy to make - easy to improvise (add a little more of this, a little less of that! The portabellos give a great 'meaty' flavor and bite! This one is staying in the book!

What a great dish! Although i did not add in as many hot peppers as I should of but made up for it in the end with some hot sauce. Great dish over rice! I will make this again soon!

I have been making this chili for a couple of years and it is a crowd pleaser. I use four times the amount of portobello mushrooms which makes it extra "meaty" -- even please the meat eaters!

I am in no way a "good cook" so when I threw all the ingredients into a slow cooker for four hours before dinner I was not expecting the reaction that I got from my boyfriend. Three bowls later he said it was the best dinner i have ever made.

Excellent. Wonderful blending of spices, lots of texture. Shared with friends and they love it too. I have made it several times adjusting amounts of what I like. (More corn, less mushrooms.

This recipe was delicious!! Definitely one of my favorite recipes. Made it for my boyfriend who doesn't like veggie chili and he asks for it all the time! I usually add a habanero for added spice. I also do a mix of black beans and garbanzo beans. I usually make adjustments with the spices to my own liking (plus I never measure any! Definitely a keeper!

This was very good! It took A LOT of prep work though, definitely longer than stated. My dad is sick and cant eat spicy foods, so I left out the cayenne pepper and chilis, although it probably would have tasted better with them. This was a hearty, healthy meal and a good way to get tons of veggies. I used two zuchinis instead of one, and added one can of black beans and one can of dark red kidney beans. It was delicious served with avocado and green onions on top and some tortilla chips on the side!
