Made this recipe in a crock pot instead browning the meat first. It was super easy and tasty. The meat was very tender and did not taste gamey. It was great!

This recipe was great with the exception of "season with salt and pepper" too much.

This stuff was awesomely delicious. Could use a little less thyme, but still awesome.

This stew was easy to make, just make sure that all of your ingredients are chopped and ready from the get-go. Has a spicy "kick" to it, so alter if you don't like that.I also suggest that you double the recipe so that you'll have leftovers, otherwise I don't think you will.
