    I too baked these at a lower temperature than stated, I also added a little extra sugar to the shortcake mix and I am glad that I did, but the little biscuits come out beautifully light and melt in your mouth. The orange zest with the strawberries really adds something to the flavour. I will be adding this recipe to my book of favourite recipes and will definitely make it again.

    When I made this, I didn't have any oranges so I left out the zest. With the biscuits... I cooked them at the temperature that is given and it was way too high. The biscuits weren't cooked all the way but they were still good. Maybe just lower to it to 375. I'd make it again but just cook them at a lower temp.

    I've prepared this 3 times for different family members and everyone has commented on how delicious it is. I did make one change to the strawberries. I used 2 tablespoons of the fresh orange juice along with the orange zest instead of the water.

    i thought that this episode was awesome my family and i enjoyed it greatly, even my soon to be wife she loves elmo. she got a kick out of watching elmo saying "BAM IT EMERIL, BAM IT!"
