Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, sliced thinly lengthwise
- 1 leek (about 6 ounces), white part only, sliced thinly horizontally
- 1/2 cup straw mushrooms
- 1 cup hot steamed rice
Directions
Combine the soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of water, and sugar in a small bowl.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over high flame. Drop the leeks in the oil and cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Add the cauliflower. Add remaining tablespoon of water and cover, turn heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes. Uncover and add the straw mushrooms and sauce. Cook, stirring often, for 2 more minutes. Serve over steamed rice.

This has to be one of the most disgusting dishes I've ever made. Emeril needs to check his recipes before he shows them on TV, or posts them to this web site. Gross!
