    Absolutely delicious. I ended up using light cream just to save a few calories but with the garlic in it the potatoes and lobster were suprisingly a match made in heaven. I made this for Valentines day and it was a huge hit with my sweetheart and definitely worth staying in for. I would definitely recommend this dish for a special occasion.
