    This meal caused the entire family to run right to a local whole foods store and grab the ingredients. very interesting that the dish REALLY has to have a eye kept on it cause when the rice pops its a surprise. The dish was a great meal. Emeril if there was such a thing as smell o vision people would never leave the electronics store. :D
