Made the mousse with fresh berries for Christmas for the whole family, my Mom LOVES white chocolate but, I am not normally a fan and what a hit! Tried again for New Year's Eve dinner party and again everyone loved this! Was really worried that this would separate if made the day before if needed but even after a couple of days, the leftover mousse was just as fluffy and absolutely delicious!

I've made this dessert man times and everyone who ate it loved it!! Most people tell me the lightness of the meringue shell really compliments the thick, creamy white chocolate mousse.

I made the white chocolate mousse and the raspberry sauce and served these together with a bittersweet chocolate mousse. The white chocolate mousse was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't keep people away from the raspberry sauce. Just make sure to use real white chocolate to get the best flavour!

I made this for a Valentine's party at our church & this was the most talked about thing of the night!!!! The grand marnier adds the perfect flavor to the mousse. I changed it a little though....instead of the meringue I made chocolate & white chocolate shells.....turned out great. Thanks Emeril!
