    Hi i saw this recipe an i tryed it for dinner for my family an it was very good but i don't thank that it tasted as good as Emeril's. I love too look at his show an i would love it if some day he could come here to Georgia a cook that meal for me.Well all i have to do is keep dreaming an maybe some day it will come true.Emeril God bless you an keep you cooking and doing the things that you do.Your fan Sharon from Georgia
