    This recipe was a bit of a process, but it was wonderful and got rave reviews. The leftover oil from the mushrooms tasted great too.

    I tried this recipe with Alton Brown's, Mighty Duck. What a great combo! The whole family loved it. The flavors were subtle and complex. This is a keeper.
