Well, I was pretty excited about this dish and looking forward to trying it. I followed every instruction to the letter except I seasoned it with a little salt before throwing it on the grill...but otherwise every instruction was followed. After letting it rest we enthusiastically cut into it and - NOTHING. There is no "BAM!" here.

I can't believe that even with a whole head of garlic in the marinade it was so bland. I would not make the dish again nor would I recommend it. Sorry, Emeril. It sucked.

I have been using this recipe ever since Emeril had it on his show. It is the best marinade I have ever tried.

I love lamb but my family isn't so crazy about it. This recipe removes a lot of the "gaminess" that some find objectionable in lamb. It comes out moist, tender, and very flavorful. Another homerun by Emeril!

The marinade was a fabulous treatment for a leg of lamb.

I grill boneless leg of lamb all the time and found that the yogurt marinade did NOTHING to add to the flavor of the meat. I will stick to my old marinade of red wine, soy sauce, rosemary, mint and garlic. Kathleen Ho Ho Kus New Jersey
