You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup washed strawberries, stem and hull removed (see pg. 000)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, or peeled and sliced kiwi (about 2 kiwis)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in the blender and process on high speed until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.

Pour into glasses and serve.

    I don't think the honey is needed... it's definitely sweet enough without the honey. Maybe add more ice to help thicken it up...

    I used the kiwi in stead of raspberries and this smoothie was wonderful. The taste was so fresh. I don't usually like smoothies, but I'll be making this one again!
