This is a pretty good recipe by itself, but I changed it by using nonfat vanilla yogurt, adding ice and about 1/4 cup water to suit our tastes. My husband, who for some reason won't eat fruits alone (I think it's a texture thing, really liked this - and it's quick enough for those busy mornings when we're all trying to get out the door!

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and am having trouble eating most foods. Nothing is appealing. While I originally was drinking meal supplements, my doctor suggested homemade smoothies. This drink is great! I am able to enjoy it and actually feel well enough to leave the house. Thank you Food Network.

We like a little lighter consistency by adding a little extra orange juice and ice for an added chill.

This smoothie is really great! Im a serious swimmer and a healty freak and this smoothie is great for that.

this was absolutely horrible. it was fun to make with my son, but the fun ended when we tasted it. husband hated it too.
maybe i will try again without the kiwi
