My grandson is a really picky eater so when I made it on his visit I said please just try it and to my supprise he said "Grandma I love it" That is a supper's hit

I made this casserole for my family for a side dish with dinner one night and we all loved it! Yes, even our two year old son ate a piece! I did add the crackers and parmesan and I think it was a nice touch although I think the recipe would be delicious without it as well! I didn't use any thyme because I was out but I don't think I would change what I do next time anyway! Great Great Great recipe!!

I didn't use the Thyme, but it turned out great. Nice and light recipe, will definitely be making this one again!

This recipe is outstanding. After I baked it 'til it was set, I I grated fresh parm on top and broiled it for another 20 minutes.
