scrumptious! My husband prefers meat and he was very pleased with this meal. I served it to friends and they loved it. would add a little more sausage than 4 oz. The sauce, the fish (used grouper and the hash all together - so flavorful.

It was okay, my zucchini didn't stay wrapped :( kind of bland.

The levels of flavors were wonderful. I made it exactly as the recipe states except I used Cod instead of Haddock. I noticed that other reviewers did not make the sauce. Big Mistake! I'm not a big fan of wine in cooking and was VERY hesitant, but I decided to make it and it was excellent. If you put down the hash with the fish right on top with some sauce - it doesn't get any better. My husband even liked it and that's saying a lot! I will definetly make this again. It's a great dish to entertain with. The fish wrapped in the zucchini was very elegant looking.

Just made a small change to fit our familiy. I used mild sausage to turn down the heat for kids. I passed on the wine/butter sauce to turn down the calories on my serving. I've used halibit, which can be a bit dry and sea bass which was just right.

The butternust squash hash is incredible and a great complement to the fish. First time I cooked fish anywhere other than on the grill. So easy (though I had to open the windows to keep out the fish smell.

I used hot turkey sausage and didn't make the sauce, and didn't miss it. I had to use toothpicks to hold the zucchini on - I think I left the fish pieces too large. They'll be smaller than you think they should be in order to wrap the zucchini all the way around. Otherwise be sure to buy the longest zucchini you can find.

A great dish for company, easy, relatively quick, and less the sauce, extremely healthy.

Made this for my husband and it was amazing. I used Grouper and it was great. I'm using Halibut tonight. Very rich and a great mixture of texture. Not usually a fan of Emeril's recipes, but this one is a keeper!

This was a delicious recipe. I made a white wine butter sauce instead of red wine butter sauce.
