    Easy, quick and absolutely delicious. I didn't change a thing on the recipe and it was a huge hit with even the picky family members who hate to try new dishes. This is certainly a recipe that I will make again and again.

    This recipe is FRIST CLASS. All of my roots are from the great state of La.It is like it says very easy to make but the important thing to remember is that it TASTES GREAT and everyone that I served it to begged me for the recipe........Thank you Emeril........."YOU ROCK"
