My dad doesn't like peaches but when he ate it, he couldn't get enough of it. I'm still having problems with the crust though. I don't know what i'm doing but the crust is almost rock hard.

I'm not the cook or the baker in my house...I leave that to my husband and 13 year old daughter, but after seeing this cobbler made on Emeril's show last week I thought I would give it a try. WOW, I'm so glad I did...it was terrific and easy. I can't wait until we are asked to bring a dessert at the next family get together because I know this will be a huge hit.

This is the best recipe for peach cobbler I've tried. It was easy even for me, (Terrible Cook. I recieved rave reviews from my family. I used a bagged Krustez pie crust I bought at Smart N Final. It was tender and flakey, and dummy proof, just add water and stir.

This was my first time making a peach cobbler and it was fantastic!!! I am from a very rural area and we take our desserts very seriously. I can honestly say that I can take this reci-pe to a family function and everyone will be satisfied. I didn't add the bread crumbs but next time I definitely will. I also used fresh peaches instead of canned.

I personally thought the recipe that I've used for years was good. However, I decided to try something different. I am so glad that I tried this one. The bread crumbs were an usually ingredient but prove to give the cobbler the right thickness.
