    This is the very first recipe I have gotten from this site that was horrible! This dip lacked flavor, texture, what can I say.... I threw the entire dish away. I made it for the first time for a Super Bowl party. Served from oven to table without trying it myself (big mistake. I have always had great success with Emeril's recipes. I do not recommend this recipe!! I made it as written, no substitutions and good ingredients. If you love Spinach Artichoke as I do and are looking for a favorite recipe....continue to look on! So sorry Emeril!

    This was excellent! I made this for our superbowl party. Everyone loved it! I used fresh spinach and canned artichokes (rinsed and drained. Way better than any restaurant we've been to! Thanks Emeril!

    I have made this dip several times and every time I make put it out on a table, it is gone before you know it! I have friends who normally do not eat a lot hover over this dip until it is gone!

    I do add more cheese than is called for, but other than that this is one fantastic recipe!

    Thank you for this recipe. I tried two others and this was the best ever. My friends all loved the dip and said it tasted so..... good! Thanks! I'll be using this recipe from now on!

    This dish is easy to prepare however when placed on the table looks like it took forever. The flavor is great. Those who didn't think they liked spinach dip were raving about it. Emeril does it again!
