I just made these for the first time this evening. They. Were. Amazing. I have three picky boys, and all three scarfed them down.
I made them exactly according to the recipe, except I didn't have a dry white wine to use, and didn't want to make a trip to the store, so I used a riesling, and it worked just fine. I also doubled the ground chicken meat, and only used ground chicken breast meat, because it was all I could find, and it was still tasty and moist. In my opinion, using the grill is so important, because it adds to the flavor. Also, don't forget the olive oil, as the chicken doesn't have very much natural fat to keep them from sticking. I also drizzled olive oil on the cutting board when forming the patties to keep them from sticking.
Totally delicious! Try these today!

These were great!! I had my extended family over and made these in lieu of traditional burgers, and they were a HUGE hit. I used ground chicken breast and I added red pepper flakes, but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter. The burgers were moist and oh so delicioso. I made them into slider size patties and not one was left.

The wine made the dish! I used all breast to stay low on fat and cholesterol. They were still very moist : I made a homemade honey mustard sauce to compliment it because otherwise it would be missing something. This is definitely in our regular rotation. ENJOY

Made this recipe for dinner and it was fantastic. I substituted the chicken for ground turkey and added in a chopped jalape?o pepper to give it a kick of spice. The Turkey burgers came out moist and delicious. This recipe is definitely worth a try!!!

I followed the recipe exactly, except that I used 93% lean turkey. They were moist and delicious and my hubby said they were the best turkey burgers I'd ever made. I agree with the comment that adding a little extra spice helped, so I made them again and added a bit of crushed red pepper flake. There's something about the flavor combo of the wine and the dijon that really works.

While I was preparing these for my better half to BBQ he said when can we have just a plain burger with ground beef. He sure changed his tune after eating them. We both agreed they were the best burger we had ever eaten. They were so moist we were both amazed. Can't wait to have them again, especially when we are entertaining in the summer.

I followed the recipe exactly except for the type of meat. I could not find ground chicken so I had to use ground turkey. That could be the reason it was so dry. My whole family ate it all so that's why I gave it an average rating but I would not make it again. At least not with ground turkey. Maybe I will try with the chicken!

My DH and I made these on the grill last night. Extremely tasty!! Didn't have any white wine so used cream sherry; still super delicious. Juicy and wonderful mix of flavors. We will make again. :
