Quick and easy dessert. I didn't have grand marnier so I subbed 1/4 cup of coffee. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

AMAZING!! This is the best thing I have ever baked and soo easy. It will become a regular around my house and makes me want to try other souffles.

I used bittersweet chocolate, and when I added the egg yolks (after waiting about 5 minutes after I took the chocolate off the heat, and it completely seized up. I tried it again, the same thing happened. Was it the chocolate? Help!

So good!!! This was my first time making souffles, and I loved it. I even used Hershy's Kisses and decreased the sugar, and people LOVED them. Will make again!

400 degrees is too high. we baked it for 20 minutes and the top was burnt. We dug down and the rest was delicious.

First souffle I have ever made and it was fantastic! Every time I make souffles now, I use this recipe.

This was my first soufflé. So simple, so good. I made it just for fun, and took a chance using raspberry vodka. The flavor was amazing, I am excited to try this with different liquors, maybe Kahlua, Irish cream or amaretto! For a more cake-like texture, bake for 20 minutes, for a more pudding-like texture in the middle, reduce baking time to 18-19 minutes. If you do prefer a cake-like texture, please be aware that the more cooked or "over cooked" a soufflé is, the faster it will deflate after you take it out of the oven. On a final note - stick the batter in the fridge for a few hours, and you have an awesome chocolate mousse!

Baking is not my forte, but this turned out perfectly! I was doubtful about the results as I've heard its very hard to make souffles, but this turned out just wonderfully for a dinner party. I will absolutely make these again.

I have made the souffle twice in the past month. I love it!! I made it for a potluck dinner and everyone loved it. I served it with lots of whipped cream. umm..umm...I gave it four stars because it did not bake evenly and was more like molten chocolate souffle. I did not use individual ramkins...I am not sure if that was the reason. Will surely make it again and again and again....

My husband makes these and we love them! It makes six and there are only 3 of us so we save the other three in a ziploc bag and have them the next night and they are still great.
