    Wonderful cake and the burnt sugar frosting was to die for!

    The cake comes together well, but I didn't get nearly enough frosting from the recipe. Luckily I had some leftover chocolate buttercream from a few days earlier that I used also -so my cake ended up having 2 layers of the caramel frosting and 2 layers of chocolate. Not bad, but I wasn't happy.

    This is the best of desert cakes and burnt sugar icing that one can make. As usual another great receipe from Emeril.
