This ice cream turns out so creamy. It makes a lot so I had to do it in 2 batches in the ice cream maker. We added bananas to it. So delicious!!

I just mixed up this batch and have it chilling in my refrigerator right now. The only concern I have is that it made *a lot* of liquid - which has me thinking, did I buy the wrong size cans of condensed milk and evaporated milk? should I have purchased the really really small cans or what I consider the "standard" size cans? I wasn't sure what to buy at the store and now I think it should have been the really small cans.

I will post back with the results of the ice cream...

This made two batches in our small ice cream maker, so we made 1/2 into chocolate peanut butter by adding small dollops of peanut butter when the ice cream was finished churning. Made the other half into Rocky Road with toasted almonds and mini marshmallows. Yummy!
