    This was outstanding. I made it for a family gathering and EVERYONE loved it. It's so rich and chocolaty. I served it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The center wasn't so much a mousse as it was a pudding, so it reminded me of a chocolate lava cake more than a chocolate mousse cake. I don't care what you call it... I haven't put something that good in my mouth in I don't know when. YUM.

    I made this mousse and had 5 different people including myself taste test it..Everyone said the same thing i did..Awesome !!! Excellent !!! The best !!!

    someone left a review about the center being soft.... well, in the recipe here and the show.. it mentions that the center will be soft. after all, it is a mousse cake!
