I had high hopes for these....sad to say that they were only ok. Thought they were a little bland and had WAY too much rice. If I made again I would cut rice in half and double the jalepenos.

I made these the very next day the show aired and they were great! My husband said these were better tasting than the crab cakes he ate at a fancy restaurant and was worth more than the $25.00 he paid for two little fu fu size cakes. I will surely make these again.
