    Allot of work but worth it!! Did make a few changes in the recipe. Nooked the bacon for 30 seconds before wrapping the filets. Then seared the sides to make the bacon crisp before searing the top and bottom of the filets, and then broiling. Loved it wonderful!! The stuffing is excellent, as well as the bearnaise. Didn't make the potato nest(not much for fried foods but did serve with mashed potatoes.Will do again!!
